Posted On: 10/28/2024 My teen son is nearing completion of his orthodontic treatment and it has been positove experience throughout. Prior to choosing an orthodontist we visited several and found the cost of recommended treatment with Yardley Ortho to be cheaper or on par with other offices we visited. The recommended treatment plan was fair and honest. It was clear Dr. R isn't an orthodontist who recommends unnecessary treatments (palate expander, phase 1 treatment for my younger son) as others had recommended additional treatments. Dr. R explained why those treatments weren't necessary for my boys. Dr. R is good with kids and the office is children friendly with an arcade attached to the waiting room, monthly contests and a sports themed treatment room. They have a lot of flexibility in appointment scheduling and are very timely with appointments. We rarely wait longer then 5 minutes before he is called back. They are flexible with payments. When the time comes, if my younger son ends up needing braces we will go back for sure! Melanie B

Posted On: 10/15/2024 Yardley Ortho is the best! Dr. Riesenberger and his staff make our visits a pleasure from beginning to end. Setting up appointments are easy and they try to get us in as quickly as possible, but at the most convenient time for us. When we come to the office, they’re always happy to see us and I’m amazed, no matter how many years go by, that they remember us, we have had four daughters do the whole 9 yards with them, and our girls smiles are amazing!!!!! Our youngest daughter, Makenzie, needed more intricate work done and of course she was the one that was afraid, but Dr. Reisenberger made her feel so comfortable, she ended up loving to go to see him, what kid loves to go see their dentist? Makenzie even came up with a nickname for him ….Dr. Pillow☺️ it’s a long story, but the bottom line is she loved going to her appointments and he was so kind and compassionate with her. I will be forever grateful. The whole staff is wonderful there and I highly recommend them for any Orthodontic treatment that you would need, you can trust in this office …..you will not be disappointed. They are all wonderful. Posted On: 10/08/2024 Such a great experience with Dr. Riesenberger and Yardley Ortho! Every aspect of the office is well-done. The waiting room has arcade games (a huge win with my son), the front desk is organized and helpful, and Dr. Riesenberger has gone above and beyond to make sure my son gets great care. My son had his braces put on today, and we even got an evening call personally from the doctor. We are relatively new to the area and he has also offered to help us identify great dentists that work with our insurance. Our neighborhood Facebook group had so many recommendations for this office, and now I see why!! Michelle B

If there’s ever an issue, he’s available to help and immediately makes time to fix a poking wire or band. Other orthodontists recommended things my son didn’t need and were much more expensive! My son just finished with his braces and his smile is perfect without the extra thousand dollars of “intervention.” Highly recommend Yardley Ortho! Amy E

Perwonnely Dr James, sorry I mean Dr “R” as we used to call him by this name as a love token, is highly energetic, enthusiastic and interactive doctor who is highly experienced and expert in his work. But nobody dare to talk about base ball other than “YANKI” in front of him, it is something makes him more energetic. Really I do not have appropriate words to express my love and gratitude to all the team who is working at Dr James Orthodontic center. They all deserve to be appreciated by names for their expertise in the technique and also the affection they provide to patients. I feel happy and safe to have my kid, Talha who received braces for his teeth under the care of Dr james and his team. Mehboob A

The Ortho doctor James Riessenberger is a very nice man. He talk to u like he's been knowing u forever. He ask u few questions about yourself then give u good adviceas as young teenager . Then he explain to u about ur teeth n what he's going to do with ur teeth. Then ends up with a joke that will make u laugh.
